What does Lucy actually do?
Lucy connects to your clients' data sources, keeps financial models updated automatically, and sends proactive alerts and summaries — so you spend less time on operations and more time on strategy.
Do I need to migrate to a new platform?
No. Lucy works inside the spreadsheets you already use — Google Sheets and Excel. No migration, no new tool to learn.
Is my clients' data secure?
Yes. Lucy maintains fully isolated environments per client — no data ever crosses between clients. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What integrations does Lucy support?
Lucy integrates with QuickBooks, Xero, Plaid, Shopify, Salesforce, and HubSpot. More integrations are added regularly based on customer needs.
How does onboarding work?
Our founding team handles setup end-to-end. We map your processes, configure integrations, and stay hands-on to make sure everything runs smoothly.
